Kick off meeting

From the 15-16 of September 2011, the project will have its kick-off meeting in Vienna, Austria, hosted by the main coordinator ZSI.

The agenda foresees not only the getting to know each other of all the partners, but mainly create a common understanding and vision of the project, its objectives and aims. The connections between the six different workpackages and the management issues will be a core element of this kick off meeting, especially for the first months in the project.
