By evaluating the user-friendliness according to the needs of the respective target groups, the project will apply “user-centric approaches” as intended by the EC “to establishing userconfidence and trust”. As shown in the research, ICT based tools are more motivating for students than traditional ones in science education. Also, e-Infrastructure can help to bring those heightened learning experiences to less privileged schools or schools in remote areas who don’t have access to science labs.
The project will address 25 forerunner schools across Europe to participate in the initial phase and plans to extend the number of schools significantly towards the end of the project.
